Plummer Community Corrections Center (PCCC) is a Work Release Program / Halfway house in the state of Delaware, it has 246 beds in the facility. • Visiting schedules are subject to change based on emergency situations.
• Visitors who are not on time, will be turned away.
• Visits must be approved by designee, or facility officer.
