Challenge Incarceration Program (CIP) is a Work Release Program / Halfway house / Rehab Facility in the state of Minnesota, it has 300 beds in the facility. Reentry assistance minimizes the risk of recidivism.
Work Release Centers are also known as halfway houses, to provide support to inmates who are about to be released. This facility provides a supervised, safe environment with ways of getting back to life. Challenge Incarceration Program (CIP) gives all inmates employment counseling, financial management assistance, and other programs. Purpose of this WRC is to help ex-offenders with activities during this new phase of getting back to normal life.

  • Visiting schedules are subject to change based on emergency situations.
  • Visitors who are not on time, will be turned away.
  • Visits must be approved by designee, or facility officer.
